Cottage town ‘Yavirnyk’ is located on the outskirts of Yaremche, at a distance of 5 km from the city centre in the direction of Bukovel, on the banks of the Prut River. It offers comfortable and fully equipped with everything necessary two-storey cottages. The bedrooms are located on the second floor and are furnished with double beds with bed linen, clothes hangers, TV. A wardrobe is located in the corridor. On the ground floor there is a kitchen-living room, where there is a dining area, a sofa, a microwave, a refrigerator, kitchen utensils, an electric kettle, a fireplace. There is also a sauna on the ground floor of the cottages. There are two bathrooms, on the first and second floors, both equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin, hairdryer, towels and toiletries. Each cottage has its own terrace, which serves as a gazebo and barbecue area. There is a car parking space on the territory of the cottage community. For a fee, guests can rent quad bikes. The cottages have a convenient access 50 metres from the main road. The distance from the cottage community ‘Yavirnyk’ to the railway station Yaremche is 4.7 km, to the waterfall Probiy - 3.3 km, to Ivano-Frankivsk Airport - 60.2 km.

Неймовірне місце для відпочинку. В будинку є все необхідне для комфортного проживання, все чисто, охайно і тепло. Краєвид зачаровує: ліс, гори, шум річки, дикі качки, які щоранку чекали коли їх погодують. Шум від потягів нам не заважав, навпаки викликав у дитини купу позитивних емоцій. Відпочивали в будиночку #1 - господарі не пошкодували коштів на облаштування, все супер якісне та охайне. Найкращий вид на річку та ліси - це не передати сповна через фото. Що вразило - у похмурі дні будинок опалювався (у неопалювальний сезон), тобто не потрібно переживати, що рушники/постіль/речі будуть сирими через дощі і близькість до ріки. Ідеально доглянута територія, біля кожного котеджу є альтанки, мангали, ліжаки, шезлонги, своя обідня зона. Дякуємо господарям за гарний відпочинок та турботу!

Місце просто вражаюче своєю природою: гори довкола та річка Прут у підніжжя будинку. До річки Прут 10 метрів від тераси будинку - шум та шепіт, чисте, насичене живою вологою та лісом повітря Ви відчувається на всі 100 %. Будинок, камін, мангал, тераса - все в одному місці. Чисто, охайно, є територія для відпочинку. Локацію - близько до центру Яремче та інших навколишніх цікавих локації. Цінник адекватний за такий відпочинок - того вартує (переглядали та порівнювали багато варіантів). Господарі - ОК, посто, зрозуміло, сімейно. Відпочинок для сімʼї від життя в місті на 100%.

Доброго дня! Відпочивали неодноразово відпочивали в Яремче але в 2024 забронювали в Явірнику і не помилились! Умови прекрасні,чисті кімнати з усім необхідним ,затишна атмосфера,доступні ціни та прекрасне місцерозташування! Мангали,бесідки,гойдалки та лежаки все доступно і це все на берегу річки Прут! Власники дуже приємні люди яких майже не видно на території! Дякую за відпочинок!
