The private estate "Cozy Dvor" is located 600 m from the highway and the center of the city of Yaremche. The private estate "Cosy Yard" is two residential cottages with 9 rooms, which can accommodate 18 guests at the same time. All rooms have comfortable furniture, a wardrobe and a TV. The possibility of living with animals should be specified at the time of booking. On the territory of the "Cosy Yard" manor there are gazebos, a barbecue - firewood is provided for a fee, an orchard, a free parking lot, summer and children's playgrounds. The price of accommodation includes such services as calling a taxi, information guide, use of the kitchen. Спершу нюанси: розташований на вулиці Федьковича, а не пушкіна. А загалом, все чудово, жили у кам'яному будиночку. Дуже гарний вид на скелю Слон, хороші господарі, є пральна машинка на 1-му поверсі, швидкісний інтернет, дуже тепло в приміщенні і чисто. Кухня загальна і доволі велика, працює доставка їжі

Скажу що це топовий новий будинок у якому жив у горах кращих умов немає. + чан є Будинок у два поверхи та 2 спальні і один великий диван у залі. Власники самі приємні люди яких я зустрічав у Карпатах. І єдині які допомагають армії нашій. Всі б такі люди були.

Тільки позитивні емоції :) Господар дуже привітний, відповідав на всі питання, допомагав. Бронювали через букінг. Гарний номер, великий, чистий, санвузол в номері. Чудова територія з травичкою, качелькою, шезлонгами :) Готель на горі але спуск не крутий, до основної дороги пішки 10 хвилин, значна частина дороги асфальтована. В готелі гарна кухня якщо хочеться щось приготувати самостійно, але 10-15 хв пішки декілька кафе зі смачною їжею :)

Відпочивали у вересні місяці. Номер непоганий. Ліжко нове, але матрац у деяких місцях був незручний, диванчик старенький, сідали обережно. Територія велика і простора, гарний вид з балкону. Не сподобалось, що за 5 днів не прибирали, не виносили сміття та не змінювали рушники.

Загалом від перебування залишилися змішані враження. З одного боку номер був дуже чистий, і на свою ціну досить добре облаштований. А з балкону відривався просто неймовірний вид. Ми приїхали в Яремче рано в ранці, хазяїн зустрів нас, була можливість залишити речі та в готелі зробили максимум щоб ми заселилися якомога швидше. Проте, з фото на букінг, мені здавалося, що готель це та дерев'яна будівля з фото. Хоча насправді він виглядає по-іншому. Це біла, утеплена споруда, якої на фото немає. Номер всередині відповідає опису і фото на сайті. Але те, що з фото складається неправильне враження про зовнішній вигляд готелю, здається не чесним. Також матрац на ліжку був просто жахливий, через пружини було неможливо спати. Ми жили в готелі в кінці вересня, в Яремче в цей час було досить холодно. Холодно було і в номері, на моє прохання увімкнути опалення, власник обурено відповів, що опалення вмикають в середині жовтня, запитав чи якщо я живу в квартирі, то чи вмикають мені опалення, коли я захочу. Зрештою опалення ввімкнули, але негативні емоції залишилися.

Дуже чудовий відпочинок був саме в цьому будинку. Зручне розміщення, гарний великий двір, кімнати чисті, комфортні, та саме головне з видом на гори. Хазяїн будинку чудова, привітна людина. В будинку є отоплення, що чудово підійде для мерзляків, таких як я😅. Загалом лише чудові емоції за таку ціну на проживання. Дякуємо Андрію)
