Умови в номері і паркінг

Персонал,а саме -рецепшеоніст,яка працювала на зміні 05.10.2019 р. в обідню пору та вимагала додаткову оплату за проживання в номері в сумі 360 грн. ,при тому,що за проживання в номері оплата була здйснена попередньо і Вам була надіслана квитанція про оплату.

Залишився дуже задоволений перебуванням в одномісному номері ЛЮКС готелю "Стара вежа".Номер чистий, просторий з усіма зручностями. Персонал прекрасний. Заселення в номер о 14.00,а я приїхав в 12.00. Адміністратор через 20 хвилин вирішила це питання і я заселився. Рекомендую всім ,хто хоче відпочити перед перельотом. Готель знаходиться в затишному та тихому куточку Бориспіля.

Приятное место, красивая территория, полный минибар, парковка, wifi

1.Если с животными принимают, доплаты за них быть не должно, та стоимость, что взяли за номер, уже с лихвой окупила пребывание собаки. (Если берут доп деньги за животное, для животных должны быть созданы условия, чтоб объяснить за что именно берутся деньги) 2. Если человек из суток (24 часа) реально пробыл в номере 8 часов, цена должна снижаться соответственно и пропорционально. 3. И Самое, для нас главное: нас, с собакой, и тяжёлой сумкой заселили под крышу, 3 этаж, НЕ предоставив услугу подъёма и спуска тяжести по лестнице... Я сорвала спину:(

Наявність власного трансфера. Швидке обслуговування.

Персонал телефонує тоді, коли людина перебуває за кордоном для того, щоб "уточнити деталі" (це не можна зробити по e-mail)? При поселенні стягнули додаткову плату за проживання 2-ї особи, хоча номер був оплачений на 2 особи. Після безсонної ночі були втомлені й не було бажання щось доводити.

Оплата через ПР24, ніяких додаткових квитанцій і зволікань з боку адміністрації не було. Швидке поселення, зручний та просторий номер.

Через перейменування вулиць, трохи заплутався тому що координати проїзду до готелю вказані ще в старих назвах.

Все понравилось. Уезжал до завтрака, но администратор дала с собой "тормозок". Вроде мелочь, но очень приятно. На охраняемой парковке можно оставить машину на несколько дней, если ты улетаешь куда, что для Борисполя очень удобною

Близость к Ауеропорту Борисполь.

Пришлось ждать больше часа до заселения в номер, пока выяснялась моя предварительная проплата за гостинницу. Так и не понял что произшло, хотя персонал был очень вежлив.
