The hotel also offers its clients large three-room and four-room suites. From the spacious balconies in the rooms you can enjoy the picturesque landscapes of the mountains. The ground floor rooms are suitable for people with reduced mobility. The hotel has many additional services. Зручне розташування, чистий номер з балконом, зручні ліжка, завжди тепла вода, басейн та сауна, тренажери, ненав'язливий персонал, доброзичливе відношення, все пояснили, дали пораду куди піти, що і де краще купити.
Так як заїзджали в "низький сезон" , 20-25 січня, то окрім нас не було відвідувачів, отже не працював ресторан. В номері не було чайника. Балкон був, але весь краєвид закривала стіна сусіднього готелю.

Чистота в номере и гостинице в целом порадовала,никаких грибков в ванной,чистый пульт от телевизора,стабильный напор воды как горячей так и холодной. Исправная сантехника,местоположение,просторная парковка,вежливый персонал. Чуть не забыл-довольно неплохая шумоизоляция!
Отсутствие на балконе стульчиков и стола.Также в номере не было чайника:(Пришлось покупать кипятильник:)На нашу просьбу предоставить нам мангал,ответили что это будет проблематично и помочь нам не смогут,я понимаю что на улице была зима,но все же-можно было бы и навстречу пойти.Кухня нормальная,но лучше питаться в другом ресторане- там ОЧЕНЬ вкусно!Матрас показался не очень комфортным,но справедливости ради,к ним у меня претензии почти во всех украинских гостиницах:)И ещё пол в нашем номере очень сильно скрипел.

Приємний персонал, чистота як ніде, чудовий вид з вікна та прекрасний балкон, там як вдома:-)
У 301 номері невистачає холодильника та праски.

Понравилось все, номера чистые, персонал очень хороший. Уборка проводилась каждый день.
