Cottage " Decent Gazdynia" is located 4 km from the center of the city of Yaremche. It offers two wooden two-story cottages for 8 people. On the first floor there is a living room with a folding sofa and 2 armchairs, a table with chairs, a TV. There is a kitchen for self-catering cooking with everything you need: electric stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, sink, kitchen utensils. Bathroom: toilet, sink, shower. On the second floor - 3 rooms, two with a double bed, one with 2 double beds, and a bathroom which has a toilet and a sink. Another two-story cottage with 3 rooms is at guests' disposal. On the second floor, there are two double rooms and a four-bed room, each of which has double beds and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a kitchen for cooking: gas stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, sink, kitchen utensils, dining tables. On the territory there is a parking lot, a barbecue, a gazebo and access to a free Wi-Fi network. The cottage has the possibility of using a sauna for an additional fee. The distance from the cottage "Decent Gazdynia" to the bus station is 4.9 km, to the railway station 4.3 km, to GK Bukovel 33 km.

Непогана локація, привітна жіночка з адміністрації, яка з радістю поділиться локаціями для відвідин. Заїзд до готелю досить важкий у одній ділянці, машина може загрузнути у щебені при повороті вгору до готелю, так і сталось. Не сподобалось чути розмови зранку під вікнами від персоналу, так як приїхали на відпочинок. Також, при виселення рахували столові прибори, напевно ми були схожі на людей, які можуть вкрасти.

Спершу скажу що ми зря переживали через погані відгуки про власників в гугл мапс. Вони виявились не правдивими. Власники дуже класні, все було так як ми і домовились. Відпочивали з друзями, 9 чоловік. Все сподобалось, гарна територія, є зона барбекю з усім необхідним, є класний чан, є штучна водойма для плавання. Штучна водойма має глибину 1,8 м. Номери хороші, матраци і подушки взагалі як в дорогих готелях Буковеля. Єдине що не сподобалось це заїзд. До садиби йде асфальтований підйом, а далі метрів 200 з каменів, щебню і піску. Цей участок самий проблемний, знайомий там вдарився дном і зловив чек. Я заїхав на Audi A4 B8 передній привід без особих проблем, але пороги і дно не в захваті. Раджу їхати чимось високим, але загалом легковою заїхати можна, з деякими нюансами

Краєвид мальовничий, в номері все необхідне є в наявності. Але співвідношення ціни і якості не дотягує. Моя порада, якщо плануєте харчуватися на місці, питайте одразу що скільки коштує і одразу кажіть, що не бажаєте. Тому що нам нанесли на обід купу їжі ( перше, друге і лимонад), а потім нарахували до фіга і трішки.

Чудове розташування поруч є пішохідні маршрути на полонину Явірник і гору Маковиця. Дуже гарна тераса з приголомшливим видом на гори. Загалом гарне тихе місце для відпочинку, персонал і власники дуже приємні люди. Трохи важкувата для заїзду ділянка вулиці, що може становити проблему в погану погоду. Проте власники поліпшують дорогу власним коштом.
