The private estate "Magnat" is located in the village of Delyatyn, next to the H-09 highway, at a distance of 3 km from the city of Yaremche. The manor is a two-story wooden cottage for 35 people and has double and triple rooms of the "Standard" categories. Near the house there are two gazebos with a barbecue (firewood is paid for). There are two outdoor swimming pools on the territory of the manor, one of them with fresh water, the other with salt water, using the pools for an additional fee. The total area occupied by the estate is 0.18 ha. On the first floor of the "Magnat" manor there is a cafe-bar with 20 seats, where guests can eat for a separate payment, 2 banquet halls. The sauna is located in a separate building, there is also a vat, the use of which is paid. A hair dryer is available upon request. Accommodation with animals is possible with a prior agreement, the cost should be clarified. The nearest lifts in Yaremcha are 4-5 km away.

Загальне враження приємне. Територія не дуже велика, але комфортна та доглянута. На території 2 басейни ( платні для гостей також), маленький дитячий майданчик, бар. Номери затишні, особливо ті, що виходять на внутрішній дворик і мають балкони. Нам ,на жаль, не пощастило, мали вікно на трасу і спати було проблематично. Враховуючи що кондиціонера в номері не було, вікно доводилося відчиняти. Трішки не вистачало в номері шафи. Їжа неймовірно смачна, і порції - від серця. Насититися може навіть найголодніша людина з 1 комплексного обіду. І найголовніше на мій погляд - це приємний та чуйний персонал. Скільки ми не зверталися до них - завжди отримували допомогу. Дякую!!! Розраховую, що наступного разу зможу поласувати у вас кавою лате)
