Посетила здесь банкет — осталась очень довольна! Прекрасное обслуживание, внимательный персонал. Еда вкусная, подача на уровне. Интерьер интересный, просторный и красивый зал. Залишилися лише позитивні враження від перебування в готелі! Були у липні, не жарко в номері, комфортно, зручний матрац, велике ліжко. Є все необхідне) Дуууууже чисто, пахне деревом😍 Гарне місцезнаходження, тихо. Прекрасна адміністратор)) Включені ніданки- окремиц приємний досвід. Гарна сервіровка, смачно, великі порції. Понравилось, что рядом с вокзалом, но на этом плюсы заканчиваются. Постельное бельё с затяжками, полотенца старые. В душе слабый напор воды, горячая появлялась не сразу. Звукоизоляция никакая, двери хлопают. Завтрак не брали. Просто переночевать можно, но для отдыха — не вариант.

Придбала плед. Плед це незамінна річ в домі. Дуже сподобався - затишний, м'якенький , стильний, колір чудовий. Оце думаю і мамі подарувати такий ✌🏽

Непогане розташування особливо якщо є машина, поряд АТБ, новий великий епіцентр. Є невелика парковка, нам місця хватило, безкоштовний вай-фай. Не сподобалося · Доволі "втомлений" готель, який потребує ремонту чи хочаб генерального прибирання. Одне ліжко зручне, інший діван для дитини був застланий простирадлом в розмір матраса без країв та резинки тобто тільки доторкнешся до простирадла воно вже сповзає, нормально спати на такій постілі неможливо (див.фото). Номер прибрано погано, в кутах павутиння за стулом чужий одяг, тобто там ніхто і не намагався прибрати. Торшер хитається у всі боки, на стелі пляма (див.фото)...У душовій кабіні грибок (див.фото). По сніданку взагалі на смак не погано, але у перший ранок в одній яєшні потрапили маленькі шматочки шкарлупи яйця, а для другого дня забули спитати що ми взагалі хочемо на сніданок, Співвідношення ціна якість на мою думку не вище 3. Були розчаровані бо читали про готель хороші відгуки:(

A stay in this hotel felt like a travel back in time! We felt like king and queen! Fun fact: we visited the Hetman museum around downtown Kyiv same day prior to check-in, it helped us gain an even greater appreciation for this themed hotel!

Відпочивала в даному комплексі декілька разів. Перший раз все було добре, навіть зробили знижку на вартість номеру. Тому приїхали ще раз. Однак на наступний раз трішки засмутило, що знижка "вже не діє"..але то таке...можливо справді..незнаю Однак НАДЗВИЧАЙНО НЕПРИЄМНО було, коли хотіли зробити замовлення з ресторану, але нам відповіли "частина страв не доступна, бо банкет і мангали зайняті для гостей" Тобто я за 1650 грн не гість??? Невже закладу важливіше ресторан? Шкода...

Відпочивали в готелі добу з чоловіком. Готель красивий, багато локації для фото, приємний персонал, все було чисто і затишно. Місце, в яке хочеться повернутися ще і показати іншим. Є трохи мінуси: 203 номер - вода в душовій кабіні не входить в злив, забито. Мошки в ресторані, виловлювала зі свого келиха цю живність. Відсутній нормальний паркінг, машину лишали при вході, але там ніякої охорони, як я розумію, немає, можливо я помиляюся і є хоч відеоспостереження… Ну і неприємно було те, що на букінгу, через який бронювали, заявленої, що в номері є косметичні засоби (гель, шампунь ), а по факту - лише мило в дозаторах. Добре що взяли своє з собою. Попрацювати трішки над недоліками - і все буде чудово, рекомендую це місце!

Для тех, кому нужна гостиница в Киеве, здесь будет комфортно остановиться. Расположение отеля довольно удачное. Хороший персонал. Отзывчивый. Понравился интерьер. Все сделано под старинную крепость. Кормят вкусно. В меню есть из чего выбрать. Цены в ресторане не маленькие.

Добирались по навигатору и заехали в другое место. В ванной комнате дверь закрывалась на щеколду, которая была очень тугая. Было трудно закрывать и открывать ее.

Отдых здесь понравился. В номере уютно и тихо. Нет навязчивого сервиса и дополнительных услуг ( с целью побольше содрать денег с гостя). В тот день,когда заселялся,с отеля позвонил администратор и уточнил бронь. Заселение было быстрым. В течении пяти минут.Жил в номере на семь человек. Комната очень просторная. Есть туалет и душ. Рядом есть остановка городского транспорта.

Мне все понравилось и устроило.

Проживали здесь три ночи. Остались приятные впечатления. Отель симпатичный. Оформление интересное. Номер удобный. В нем было чисто, есть все необходимое. Персонал общительный и исполнительный. Еда здесь была вкусной. Нас устроила полностью. Вообщем, если нужно, можно остановиться здесь еще раз.

Был небольшой запах сырости в душевой кабинке.
