Отель новый, достаточно удобная мебель, хороший, комфортный номер. Свое кафе с включенным завтраком и возможностью заказать обед или ужин, кухня хорошая.
Многим отелям свойственно умалчивать о мелочах, вроде бы не обманули, но тихо промолчали..., напишите честно об этом сразу и у люди будут четко знать, что покупают. По существу: 1. Отель находится на конкретной горе, можно подниматься по ступеням сразу от 1го подъемника, примерно 300 ступеней или идти в обход справа от отеля, где узкая и довольно активная транспортная дорога, ведущая очень круто в гору - с чемоданом - это дорога жизни, особенно в слякотную погоду с проходом по огромной щебенке. Надо терпеть или брать такси. Совет отелю - предложите услугу спуска и подъема туристов, сделайте встречу туристов от дороги, ведь, это вы можете предложить!2. В отеле 4 этажа, но лифта нет. Подниматься с вещами на 4й этаж надо самостоятельно, никто вам не поможет, такого человека нет. Совет отелю - найдите среди своих сотрудников тех, кто мог бы помогать с вещами приезжающим людям!!! 3. Горячая вода в отеле есть, но опыт показал, что она может быть вечером тепло-холодной и можно остаться вовсе без душа. 4. Отопление у отеля свое, но оно тоже или неисправно или его периодически отключают в целях экономии. Мы в последний день остались с мокрыми перчатками, в которых вынуждены были идти кататься, так как выключенное отопление нам ничего не высушило, крайне неприятно!!! Для собственника отеля - зимой 99% людей катаются и приезжают вечером с мокрыми носками, перчатками, балаклавами и пр. и это все необходимо просушить, чтобы утром пойти кататься, вы это понимаете? 5. Впервые встречаю включенный в стоимость завтрак, в котором бесплатным напитком является только ЧАЙ и об этом НИГДЕ не написано!!! Уважаемые, неужели нельзя включить в цену стакан воды? неужели ваша цена не позволяет дать чашечку кофе? В конце концов, вы обязаны об этом проинформировать всех жильцов! Совет по ресторану - научите сотрудников общаться. На мое ежедневное спасибо - ни разу не ответили...

Хороший отель, никаких нареканий
Все, что за стенами отеля удручает. Стоянка ,подъездные пути, тротуар - это просто насыпанный щебень.Но это беда большинства отелей.
