Очень красивый отель, чистота, персонал выше всяких похвал, на любую просьбу мгновенно реагируют. Завтраки очень вкусные и разнообразные. Если будем отдыхать в Буковеле, то однозначно в этом отеле.

Супер чистота в номере и коридорах. Красивый ремонт. Завтраки отменные. Я заказывала завтрак на террасу с видом на горы. Много услуг: спа, джакузи, солярий, тренажерка, 2 бессейна (один на улице), теннисный корт, детская игровая площадка. Ну есть просто все и бесплатно.

Все супер.

Номера отличные, чистые, уютные, удобно обставлены. Красивый ремонт. Спа вообще на 10 баллов! Красивый двор. Вкусная кухня. Приемлемые цены.

Пахла канализация временами, приходилось проветривать все время.

Внимательный персонал, готовы броситься на помощь по первому призыву. Помогали с ребенком - грели кушать, измельчали на блендере. Администратор очень любезный. Кормили хорошо, разнообразно. Номера хорошие.

Маленькая игровая комната и в ней прохладно.
