Дуже здивувало, що дорожчий номер менший аніж економ без вікна. Місцерозташування ідеальне. Є непоганий ресторан.

зупиняюсь не перший раз, дуже подобається готель своєю гостинністю. Приємні та чуйні люди, що приймають та обслуговують.
єдиний недолік - відсутність ліфта для людей похилого віку

Були в цьому отелі добу. Сподобалось місцерозташування, номер світлий, чистий, ліжко зручне, постіль чиста. Є одноразові тапочки та засоби гігієни. Дуже зручно, що в номері є холодильник, мікрохвильова, посуд та електрочайник. Також для гостей отелю є скидка у ресторані на другому поверсі. Наш номер виходив у двір, де дуже шумить витяжка з ресторану, навіть чутно з закритими вікнами. Також гудів холодильник. Рекомендую, але я б брала номер з видом на центр.

Рекомендую цей отель на 💯. Все дуже сподобалось. Затишний, комфортний, просторий номер, є все необхідне. Знаходиться в самісінькому центрі Львова. Відпочивали тут в грудні 2024 року, плануємо приїхати сюди ще. Особливо приємно, що адміністратор Марія особисто зустріла нас на Площі Ринок.

Чудовий готель! Сподобалося: Заселили раніше (о 10 годині), бо номер був вже вільний прибраний. І навіть встигла поснідати (сніданки до 11 години), сніданок входить у вартість. Номер чистий, затишний. Вікна виходили на вулицю, але не шум не чутно при закритих вікнах. В номері був чайник, чашки, чай, цукор. А також холодильник і навіть фен. Дуже зручно. Не сподобалося: Єдиний мінус - це тонкі стіни. Це було б нічого, але за стінкою були іноземці і було чутно як вони спілкуються і слухають гучну музику. А спілкувалися вони до 4 години ночі. Їм навіть адміністратор зробила зауваження. Музику приглушили, але все-рівно було чутно( В результаті не виспалась.

Вперше були у Львові,по рейтингу вирішили зупинитися в цьому готелі. Єдине і приємне що тут було це дівчина на рецепції. Почалося з того,що дуже тяжко знайти,то майже квест,номер брудний,туалет у чиїхось відходах на кришці і стінах,умивальник теж брудний,полотенця наче б і чисті але трохи пошматовані життям. Постіль була чиста. Стеля у ванній в цвілі. Штори у кімнаті,не буду навіть писати в чому,бо то лиш здогадки. Звукоізоляція на 0,чути навіть про що говорять ваші сусіди. Нам з нашими «повезло»,була молода родина з дитиною,дитина бісилася як могла,кричала,стрибала,грала на музикальному інструменті,падала,все б нічого,це ж дитина,але це все відбувалося наче на голові у нас,бо ліжко розташоване головою до іншого номера і відчувалося все так,неначе стіни не існує. Дякую дівчинці на рецепції,яка зреагувала миттєво на прохання та попросила поводитися трішки тихіше. В телевізорі 10 каналів,по яких йдуть лише новини. Але все ж зіпсований настрій,зіпсовані нерви і враження. І брудно та бридко.

За эти деньги устроило всё. С персоналом особо не пересекались. Но когда обращались отвечали на просьбы дружелюбно. ПОНРАВИЛОСЬ.
Не очень хорошая шумоизоляция. (Музыка под окнами, но если учесть что это центр Львова - музыка звучит везде. Где-то громче, где-то тише). В номере были бирюши. Но нагулявшись весь день по городу, это не мешало вырубаться).

Понравилось все, от размещения отеля до чистоты не только в номере но и в самом отеле. Отличный интерьер, а также отличный персонал который решает любые вопросы и проблемы одним словом "надёжная крыша" Хочу поблагодарить женщин которые убирают в этом отеле, спасибо, вы работаете на совесть. Рекомендую всем "Централ Хотел"
Это не сколько не понравилось, а сколько хотелось что бы было в ОТЕЛЕ, ЭТО переходник на телевизор "HDMI" ЭТО ОЧЕНЬ УДОБНО ПОДКЛЮЧАТЬ СВОИ ДЕВАЙСЫ К ЭКРАНУ НА МТЕНЕ)

Очень удобное расположение отеля. Завтраки - шведский стол. Внимательный и приветливый персонал. Все соответствует описанию.
Отсутствие сотрудника, в обязанности которого входит доставка ваших вещей до номера от входа в отель.
