Гарне чудове місце, а добре Зустрічаютьку, привітні дівчата Оксана у Куку Ку Зустрічають, привітні дівчата Персонал; Молодці так тримати!

Дуже низький рівень шумоізоляції, чутно все що робиться в інших номерах, на сніданках деякі продукти несвіжі, так як сосиски та яйця! А взагалі зовсім непогано!

Близько до ж/д вокзалу, в цій подорожі це було дуже важливо

Не мали часу шукати недоліки, бо мета подорожі була побачити красиве місто Львів, тай є чим зайнятись в готелю :)

Спокойное и бюджетное место, самое то, чтобы переночевать 1 ночь.

Мы бронировали на данном сайте комнату на 4 человек. Помимо сайта, хостел также подтвердил нашу бронь по почте. Предоплата была внесена на 100%. По приезду оказалось что сумма, которую мы заплатили - это оплата за пребывание 2х человек в 4х-местном номере и необходимо еще доплатить. Мы связались с Hotels24 и менеджер отеля после долгих выяснений все-таки нас заселила в номер без доплаты, сказав, что вопрос остался нерешенным, но это уже она будет сама выяснять с Hotels24. К отелю претензий не имеем - получили ожидаемое за свои деньги, хотя в принципе было бы лучше, если бы менеджеры проверяли бронь по факту предоплаты, а не по факту приезда гостей.
