Дуже зручне розташування готелю. Чудово все: чистота в номерах, зручність самих номерів, комунікація з менеджерами та працівниками на рецепції :) Мені сподобалось також, що вода знаходиться в кулерах на поверсі, це дозволяє не витрачати багато води дарма. В багатьох інших деталях можна теж побачити ощадливе ставлення до ресурсів та свідоме використання пластику чи інших речей, які потім просто викидаються у смітник. Хочеться сюди повертатись)

Перший раз у Львові і саме в цьому отелі зупинилися з подругами. Взяли номер з терасою з якої відкривається вид на Львів. Номер супер. Обслуговування хороше. Привітний персонал. Білосніжна постіль. Кава, чай, вода. Чисто і уютно. Все сподобалось. Ще приїдемо в цей отель Рекомендую.

I stayed here in April and I had very good experience. Friendly staff very comfortable room and bed. And the breakfast was the best I had so much to choose from and just delicious! I’m planning another trip to Ukraine and will definitely stay here again then)

Заселялися в готель на пару днів. Заселили нас навіть пізно ввечері: швидко та оперативно, що дуже порадувало, адже ми були дуже втомлені з дороги. В номері чисто та охайно. Ліжко зручне, подушки також. Халатів немає. Витяжки у ванній кімнаті немає чомусь також… Безкоштовний вай фай та гарний вид з панорамних вікон на місто. В номері є кондиціонер. Сподобалось, що тут дбають про довкілля: немаю пластикових пляшок з водою: в скляний графин можна на поверсі набрати води, скільки завгодно. Смачний сніданок. Дорого, як на мене, але готель чудовий)))

This is a clean, modern, and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The bed was comfortable, and the showers were spacious with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. I am giving the hotel the benefit of the doubt that my dislikes about my stay were just exceptions or bad luck for me, but there was one big issue for me, and the description here on Google maps leads me to another issue. The Google maps description says "modern hotel with free breakfast". No one told me about breakfast being included, so I didn't get any if I was supposed to. Second, the air raid alarm speaker in my room was ridiculous, and in case that word doesn't translate well, I mean very bad. Being woken up by that screaming in my ear around 2:30 in the morning was horrible, and then I think the All Clear notification played too. This was my first hotel in Ukraine at the start of a two month volunteering visit. I am in the last week of my two months, all of which was spent much further east than Lviv, and this is the only hotel which blasted that in my room. I am back in Lviv on my way home, and did not stay at Ibis just because of the alarm in the room.

Готель сподобався. Номери трішки замалі площею, але це не принципово. Вчасно прибирали, хороші вікна з шумоізоляцією — відпочивати спокійно і зручно)) Сніданки в сусідньому закладі Chelentano (є вхід з готелю) — смачно, хороший вибір страв.

Мій візит до цього готелю був неймовірним! Особливо мені сподобалася чудова тераса з видом на місто, де я насолоджувалася захоплюючими краєвидами і відпочивала після насиченого дня. Обслуговування було високопрофесійним, персонал дуже уважний та доброзичливий. Номер затишний і комфортний з усім необхідним, а чистота на високому рівні. Розташування готелю також вражає - зручно добиратися навіть пішки до всіх цікавих місць міста. Рекомендую цей готель усім, хто шукає незабутній відпочинок з комфортом та гарним сервісом.
