Це була наша перша поїздка до Львова, і перебування в готелі Leopolis прикрасило наш відпочинок. Затишна атмосфера, уважний персонал і чудове розташування у самому серці міста - усе це створило ідеальні умови для відпочинку. Для нас має велике значення чистота, тому при виборі готелю, перш за все ми керуємося відгуками, і в цьому випадку вони були абсолютно виправдані. Сніданки були смачні та різноманітні - на такому рівні, як і очікуєш від готелю цього класу. Дякуємо готелю Leopolis за теплий прийом - наш перший візит до Львова став незабутнім. Обов’язково повернемося знову)

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, it has exceeded my expectations. The interior is beautifully designed, creating a cozy and elegant atmosphere. The bed is incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the room temperature is always just right. It’s wonderfully quiet, allowing for complete relaxation. The staff is absolutely delightful—friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality truly makes a difference. And the location? Perfect! Right in the heart of Lviv, making it easy to explore the city's charm. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning!

Якщо у Львів - то тільки сюди) Все на рівні, приємно, чисто, персонал привітний і ненавʼязливий. Спа - шик, хороша сауна і джакузі, є кімната відпочинку. Спа знаходиться в підземеллі, дуже автентично) бронювати краще заздалегідь. Хороші сніданки. Є парковка

I Love Hotel Leopolis in Lviv. When I started my reservation process, the front desk staff took of me with all of my multiple stays and transfers to & from the train station while I was in Lviv. They are the best and the hotel is just amazing. The restaurant/breakfast is always good, and the service is amazing. The Rooms are so well kept up by the housekeeping staff and I just enjoyed my stay at Hotel Leopolis and I can’t wait to return to Lviv in a few months. Every member of the Hotel Leopolis Team were just so amazing, have a great day and stay safe, your friend Steven

This has been rated by others as the nicest hotel in Ukraine, and based on my experience, I must agree. It's a smaller hotel, but attention to detail makes it feel very refined. Beautiful rooms, spa, and restaurant. Small bar is open from 10 pm all the way until morning, and they can make food as well as drinks. I can't wait to stay again.

Brilliant hotel we stayed at after delivering pickups to Ukraine. Great location right in the middle of town, fantastic spa in the basement and wonderful service from all staff, especially the bar personnel!

Beautiful hotel room, clean and well decorated. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even for booking a private city tour. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options (cold and warm) as well as custom requests. The private spa is very relaxing. The best hotel in the heart of Lviv!

Улюблений готель) не вперше. Прекрасний! Найкращий! Інтер’єр задовольнив мої потреби - стильно, затишно, без меблів з ДСП, мармур та простір, кольори, і знову затишок) найкращі оцінки! Сніданки прекрасні, звичайні, як і потрібно. Десерти дуже смачні, подача ☺️) комунікація на висоті: персонал приємний, без надмірного набридання. Вони природньо раділи твоїй присутності в готелі) вночі накормили) парковка є, закрита та безпечна. Близькість із Площею робить додатковий шум, але то й зрозуміло. Передання тут все компенсує) прекрасне місце!)

1.Місцерозташування з одного боку чудове - на площі, з іншого боку - неділя, 8 ранку вже не поспиш бо чути службу в костелі 2. Взяли спа, ніхто не попередив про температуру води в джакузі, вода ледве тепла. Навіть враховуючи, що там сауна про температуру мали би попередити! 3. Сам номер непоганий, але душ… такий душ в 5* готелі? 😩 незручні подушки + система охолодження сама виключалась, тому з 7:00 вже не було чим дихати в номері (система вже дала збій). Вікна не відкриєш, нагадую поруч чути службу. 4. Їжа смачна, але так як чоловік мій обожнюю оливки/маслини, ми замовили плато, думали щось можна буде їсти з того але не тут то було, 2 оливки 😅нагадую, готель 5* Загалом не відпочили, шкода

Номер соответствовал заказанной категории. Очень понравилось качество обслуживания персонала - на высоте!! Заказанные "на определенное время" услуги - были оказаны минута в минуту, все службы отеля очень вежливые и приветливые. Ресторан - отдельное спасибо, прекрасно готовят.Однозначно будем останавливаться в отеле в дальнейшем и рекомендовать друзьям :-)

спаренный телефон работал только из одного аппарата, пустой мини-бар, в номере не было информации по услугам отеля и внутренним тел.номерам.
