Велике дякую чудовій команді готелю і ресторану LOFT7 за комфортне , безпечне , зручне і справді дуже позитивне перебування у вашому закладі . Сучасний , новий , супер чистий готель із надзвичайно вигідним доступом як до центру міста так і до виїзду за місто. Пряме сусідство із великим торговим центром, який включає продуктовий магазин . Величезний плюс - зручний паркінг просто навпроти готелю . Сніданки на горішньому поверсі із фантастичним видом Львова - це особлива тема ! Їжа в ресторанні - смачнюща! Готель дуже сподобався, персонал привітний, номери гарні та просторі, консьєрж допоміг припаркувати авто, заніс валізу до рецепції, а ще для нашої собачки зробили приємний подарунок. Радимо відвідати цей готель!)

Залишившись в захваті від свого перебування у вашому готелі! Від початку до кінця отримав лише найкращі враження. Ваші співробітники, починаючи від тих, що допомагали з паркуванням автомобіля, і закінчуючи персоналом ресторану, були надзвичайно привітними та допоміжними. Сам ресторан з його прекрасним панорамним видом порадував розмаїттям смаків та вражаючою кулінарною майстерністю. Кожна страва була справжнім шедевром! А сніданок у вашому готелі - просто оксамит для смакових рецепторів, один із найкращих у моєму досвіді подорожей. Дякую за незабутні враження та бездоганний сервіс! Неймовірний готель. А от з сервісом є ньюанси. Супер номери у лофтовому стилі з продуманим дизайном до деталей. Ми жили у просторому Делюкс, де вітальня та спальня розділені кованою перегородкою. Душова кімната простора і гарно продумана. Є достатня кількість гачків та поличка в душі. Але все могло не скластися. Бронював номер через онлайн форму на сайті. На мейл прийшло підтвердження. Приїжджаємо. Дуже довго виходив паркувальний. Було незрозуміло чекають нас чи ні. На рецепції нашого бронювання немає. Добре, що обраний нами номер був вільний. При чому нас спочатку поселили в делюкс, який зовсім не співпадав з тими фото, що показані на сайті: суттєво менша площа та інший дизайн. Довелось просити замінити номер на інший тієї ж категорії. На щастя все склалося.

UPD: по проханню переселили в номер на іншу сторону. В цьому готелі вам не вдасться поспати… неймовірний грохот за вікном, від якого просинаєшся в якомусь жаху. Шумоізоляція і всередині погана, чутно дуже сусідні номери, але вночі вони хоч сплять, а от з вулиці вантажні роботи вам спати не дадуть. Вікна дуже погані, чутно навіть роботу двигунів вантажних авто. Також у першому номері не було халатів і капців. Сніданки чудові, великий вибір, їжа смачна і якісна. Неймовірний вид із ресторану на Львів. До центру театру десь 15 хвилин пішки. Є парковка для авто, це плюс. На прохання змінити номер, одразу переселили. В цьому номері вже були халати і капці. Змішані враження, зависока ціна.
