Була в релакс комплексі — чисто, затишно, приємна атмосфера, можна добре відпочити. Персонал уважний і привітний. Підсказали де обмін валют “Пчілка” на Головатого, 64 з вигідним курсом, швидким обслуговуванням і купюрами нового зразка. Дуже зручно, залишилася задоволена.

Відпочивали сім’єю на вихідних, комплекс новий та сучасний, має стильний інтер’єр. Чисті та теплі номери. Смачні страви, великий вибір, особливо сподобався їх фірмовий салат “Relax”. Привітний персонал. Літом працює відкритий басейн, тому у літку обов’язково приїдемо в “Relax Complex”. А зараз рекомендую відвідати баню та по-кайфувати в чані, дуже сподобалося!!!

Персонал привітний, чого, на жаль, не можна сказати про власників комплексу (принаймні, вони себе так назвали). Грубість, зверхнє ставлення - ось такі неприємні враження від власників. Клієнторієнтованість або хоча б елементарна людська ввічливість - відсутні. Планували з родиною відпочити ще один день в комплексі, але після спілкування з цими власниками ми зібрали речі і поїхали раніше, ніж планували, бо немає жодного бажання продовжувати такий «відпочинок».

Из минусов: холодильник у номері гудить як ф16 , каналізація шумить коли сусіди користуються так же. Номер супер , на території є все що потрібно. Персонал привітливий . Їжа у ресторані смачна да і ціна дуже помірна за номер і тд . Все супер
