чекаємо замовлення в кафе готелю майже 2 години. за цей час не можуть принести шматок наполеона.

Щиро дякую за чудовий сервіс і теплий прийом! Особливо вразило те, що мені підготували смачний ланч-бокс із собою в дорогу о 6 ранку – це дійсно турбота про гостей. Зручне розташування поблизу залізничного вокзалу зробило подорож ще комфортнішою. Обов’язково повернуся знову!

Wonderful Clean and Moden Hotel. I arrived in the night and get very fast room. The breakfast was from 7:30. I needed to Go Out ealier, so i get a Lunch Box and a Coffee before Restaurant opened. Many thanks for friendly Personal.

Готель гарний та комфортний, але не дуже сподобався персонал. Не привітній і байдужий рецепшен готелю псує враження від відпочинку. Сподобались справді смачні сніданки та тихі номери. Серед недоліків можна виділити те, що готель був не готовий до відключення світла. Не сподобався також маленький холодильник та дешевий чайник.

Розташований готель зручно, досить близько до ЖД. Не сподобалося обслуговування: на рецепшені усі якісь ніби у тумані. Зате дуже смачні сніданки. Номер затишний, комфортний, але холодильник замалий. А ще чайник з поламаною кришкою був, дуже не зручний у використанні. В цілому готель гуд, але людей на рецепшен варто підібрати більш приємних, бо це ж обличчя готелю.

Класний готель! Чисто, привітний персонал. Смачні сніданки і взагалі страви, замовляли рум сервіс, чекати не довго . Недалеко від центру . В номері є все необхідне !

Певне один з найкращих готелів в яких я був. Сервіс дуже високого рівня, номери дуже стильні, просторі та в них приємно знаходитись. Чудовий сніданок, чудове розташування та до того ж це все доповнюється не дуже високою ціною. Певне один з найкращих готелів Львова!

Класний сучасний готель. Сервіс справді високого рівня. Рівень кімнати мені при заселенні підняли без додаткової оплати, це було приємно. Дуже сподобалася якість ліжка й обладнання санвузла. Сніданок у вигляді шведського столу теж високої якості. Скористався також камерою схову для багажу - це було просто й зручно. Відстань до вокзалу досить невелика, але якість тротуарів на цьому шляху дещо ускладнює пішу прогулянку з валізою (хоча й не роблять її неможливою)

Дуже рекомендую цей готель, зупинялися тут декілька разів. Останній раз так трапилося, що заздалегіть не бронювали, але терміново був потрібен готель біля вокзалу і о 4 ранку мене заселили з дитиною , причому додзвонилися я швидко, оперативно знайшли чистий теплий номер і з усмішкою зустріли на ресепшені. Сніданки чудові, різноматні і до пізнього ранку. Персонал завжди привітний, допоможе з валізами і потурбується, щоб у вас було все необхідне. Ви моя нова любов! Дякую вам, за вашу гостинність.
