Отель полностью оправдал мои ожидания. Комфортный чистый номер. Вкусные завтраки. Работники отеля стараются сделать проживания готся комфортным. В отеле есть камера хранения. А еще этот отель в самом центре.

Все понравилось.

Чистый и комфортный номер с видом на львовскую улочку. Большая ванна. Ресторан мне тоде понравился.

Гостиница хорошая. Находится рядом с центральной площадью и улицей с множеством разных ресторанов. Номер чистый и большой, с чайником, феном и хорошим мини-баром.

Расположение отеля в самом историческом центре. Уютные, теплые номера. С горячей водой проблем не было. Еда в ресторане вкусная и разнообразная. Круассаны во время завтрака выносили горячими, только испеченными, было приятно и вкусно. Лучшие швейцары во Львове(приезжаем часто, есть с чем сравнивать).

Ужасно обученный персонал или точнее сказать НЕОБУЧЕННЫЙ! (кроме швейцаров - они улучшили впечатление об отеле минимум на 5 позиций!) Девушки на ресепшине полусонные, не встают за стойкой, когда в отель заходит гость, невнимательны к бронировке(дважды переспросила,когда можем оплатить номер, который был оплачен за 2 месяца до заселения!!!), попросили вызвать такси на вокзал и только через 20 минут, когда нужно было выезжать мы узнали,что машины не будет. В ресторане с персоналом та же история: не отслеживают, когда нужно поднести чистую посуду, приборы, закончившуюся еду...командовать обслугой приходилось постояльцам, хотя для этого должен быть менеджер!!!! К сожалению больше не приедем в этот отель
