Отель Польская подушка был выбран нами из учета фото на сайте. Заманчивый дизайн заставил не посмотреть на цену и остановить свой выбор.Из того, что понравилось: дизайн номера и первоначальная чистота, приветливый персонал, тихо в отеле.

Отель расположен в стороне от центра, пешком с детьми достаточно далеко до центра, в душевой кабине был сломан сток воды, как следствиве стоял запах каналицацией, за 4 дня пребывания в номере не убиралось, в принципе туда кроме нас никто не заходил, убрали мусор по просьбе , когда уже через верх он сыпался из урны. Персонал появляется на ресепшене после 9 утра, завтрак заказать можно, но они готовят всем в порядке очереди(в отеле 6 номеров), позавтракали в 10 урта.Сложно назвать этот отель отелем, больше похож на хостел, но за 1997 грн в сутки.

Тепло, чисто, персонал приятный.

Забронировала, оплатила полулюкс. Приехала, а там, :"Ой извините, накладочка вышла, мы вам стандарт по цене полулюкса забронировали. Полулюкс сейчас занят." Отдых был незабываемый!

Фактически домашняя обстановка, близость (относительная) к ист. центру Львова, своих соседей видел редко, познакомился (хотя причины были не совсем кстати) с апартаментами, которые также можно заказать через ПП. Хорошенькие девушки как в администрации отеля, так и в остальном Львове )

Номер предоставили не тот, что заказывал (он оказался без окна, а кровать оказалась двухэтажной). Ответственные по отелю периодически стучались в мой номер и просили доступа к управлению бойлером (в ванной), хотя делали это в крайне корректной манере. Милая девушка из ответственных как-то увлеклась беседой не то с клиентом, не то с подругой. Они вместе собрались и ушли из гостиницы куда-то, закрыв курилку (она оборудована во внутреннем дворике). Но не догадались посмотреть, не курит ли там кто... Кхм... В общем, тогда никуда не спешил, но для порядку отспорил себе бесплатный чайник замечательного травяного чая.

Thanks to Polska Podushka and Maryana and Vlad had a very good rest, enjoyed the trip very much. When you enter the hotel, feel the smell of dry grass and flowers. It immedeately makes you positive and presupposes a pleasant pastime :) Thank you guys for so good weekend!

Впечатления о проживании в мини отеле самые лучшие! Мини отель очень уютный. Семья осталась довольна. Все было на высшем уровне. Особенно хотелось бы отметить отношение персонала: администраторы отеля очень доброжелательные, внимательные и заботливые к постояльцам отеля, спасибо им большое!!!

Очень понравился интеръер и качество обслуживания. Комната очень уютная, чистая...не хотелось и в город выходить :)
