квартира знаходиться в новому сучасному житловому комплексі, зовсім поруч ТЦ з Ашаном
Квартира позбавлена будь-якого комфорту. Вона майже порожня. Власники зовсім не турбуються про комфортне перебування гостя. Наприклад, в туалеті замість нового рулону папіру - "огризок" недовикористаного паперу типу "Обухівська" від попередніх гостей. Балкони брудні, таке враження, що після здачі будинку їх не мили. Білизна ( о жах!) замість притаманного запаху свіжості мала запах чужої немитої людини ( таке враження, що іі не прали перед тим, як застелити), рушники мали запах білизни, яка довго сохла і трошки запахлася. Після того як я витерла ним обличчя, ще цілий день мене переслідував той запах запрілості.Пральна машинка була забита брудною білизною. В туалеті йоршик видавший види. Таке враження що собі купили новий, а цей шкода було викинути, ну то й принесли на цю квартиру. Типу тим гостям і так піде.Ще й стояв він в пластиковому стаканчику типу від сметани, чи щось таке. Знаходиться досить далеко від центру, пішки хв 20-30. Коротше кажучі- квартира цілком придатна для того щоб переночувати, але приємного перебування в ній не слід очікувати. Здається по вартості нормальної квартири в Європі, але вона того аж ніяк не варта!
