Citadel Gastro Boutique Hotel is the first 5-star hotel in Lviv, located at the intersection of the business, cultural and historical city center, in a park area, next to the Potocki Palace and the Art Gallery. The hotel is a unique 19th-century fortification that has survived to this day almost unchanged. The hotel has a reliable shelter on the ground and first floors, a generator and a large parking lot for hotel guests. Проживала у номері 107 на першому поверсі 28 лютого. По готелю - гарна територія(її я не дивилася, тому що не сезон, була виключно у готелі), є парковка, яка охороняється. Гарний сервіс на ресепшені. Брала стандартний номер за 300 доларів 2 доби на одну особу. Я розумію, що отель це історична памʼятка, але номер ніякий - старий ремонт з 2005-2010 років. З плюсів номеру - печиво це прям топчик, міні бар, халат, тапочки, все чисто. Ресторан - також старий, висока кухня(якщо таке любите - вам сподобається), я просто за кухню більше домашню, тому навіть повечеряти була проблема. Офіціантка допомагла вибрати пюре з котлетками індичку(дякую їй за це) Сніданок був у ціні. На сніданок замовила шакшуку, попросила ії поміняти, так як яйця на вид були прям дуже сирі, я просто таке не люблю(це ок, мої смаки). Попросила поміняти на варені яйця вкруту. Принесли мені через 10 хв яйця - дуже цікава подача, начебно гарно, починаю їх чистити, а вони по температурі як окріп(тобто їх зварили, і одразу подали мені, не почистили на не поклали у холодну воду!!!) Я почекала 10 хв, намагалася почистити, але просто все кинула та поїхала з готелю - був зіпсований настрій повністю. Дивани у ресторані у плямах. За ресторан високої кухні з високими цінами це просто шок!! Також у мене склався форс мажор і треба було поїхати раніше, я спитала про це ввечері(того ж вечора що і заїхала), грошей звичайно не повернули, але це ок, мій форс мажор. По готелю загальне враження: старий готель, завищені ціні, повара у ресторані без IQ. Є ідея, що там погана енергетика через те, що це у минулому столітті був концтабор на місті готеля.

Екстерном 5, були непорозуміння, які швидко виправили. Рекомендую більше живих квітів, більше вивчення етикету, більше делегувати працю покоївок, бо були кумедні ситуації по всім абзацам. Мене це дивує та веселить, однак інші можуть не так реагувати.)

Чудове місце зі своєю великою історією. Готель вишуканий. Обслуговування на високому рівні.Кухня-окреме задоволення. Вважаю,що для закладу цього рівня ціни абсолютно відповідні. Додаю цей заклад до обраних і пишаюсь,що в моїй країні є гідний рівень обслуговування.Рекомендую!

За 40+ поїздок до Львова, це було найкраще проживання. Неймовірна камерна атмосфера, привітне обслуговування, ідеальна чистота, увага до деталей, наявність великої парковки. Окремо дякую за смачні компліменти до дня 8го березня, та за організацію простору для занять йогою.. А які ж смачні сніданки - неймовірно, неперевершено! Щиро дякую чудовому готелю за гостинність! 🙏🏻❤️

Остался от отеля в полном восторге. Удобно расположен и к центру Львова недалеко. Рекомендую посетить ресторан, очень вкусно готовят. Сотрудники отеля молодцы.

Отель расположен рядом с историческим центре Львова и сам находится в историческом здании. Очень атмосферное место. Сотрудники гостиницы приятные и улыбчивые люди. Понравился номер с полным набором всех нужных вещей. Понравился выбор завтраков. Также парковка в отеле бесплатная.
