Якби цей заклад мав гасло, воно, напевно, звучало б так: «Одні стрибають у басейн, інші плачуть, а третіх просто забули попередити про специфіку закладу під час бронювання». За тиждень до візиту ми забронювали столик для теплої та душевної зустрічі з подругами. Очікували приємну атмосферу, гарний сервіс і можливість спокійно провести час. Реальність виявилася зовсім іншою. Після прибуття нас зустріли словами на кшталт: «Ну… я не знаю, що ви там бронювали». Далі розпочалося тривале з’ясування обставин нашого бронювання. Зрештою нас посадили за стіл, але тут з’ясувалася ще одна деталь: замовити щось фактично неможливо, оскільки в закладі проходив поминальний обід, персонал був зайнятий і, як нам дали зрозуміти, гості з попереднім бронюванням не були для них пріоритетом. Окремої уваги заслуговує атмосфера. Поки одні відвідувачі перебували на поминальному обіді, поруч у басейні голосно кричали та стрибали діти. Поєднання цих подій виглядало настільки дивно, що важко уявити менш доречну організацію простору та сервісу. Найбільше розчаровує навіть не сама ситуація, а повна відсутність комунікації. Якби нас заздалегідь попередили про формат заходів, що відбуватимуться в закладі в цей день, ми б просто обрали інше місце для зустрічі. На жаль, за весь свій досвід відвідування закладів громадського харчування я рідко стикалася з настільки низьким рівнем організації, сервісу та поваги до гостей. Це місце залишило по собі виключно негативні враження і навряд чи може бути рекомендоване тим, хто цінує комфорт, професійне обслуговування та відповідальне ставлення до своїх клієнтів.

Найжахливіший готель який я тільки зустрічав. Такого поганого сервісу я ще ніде не бачив. Дівчина, що бронює номери( і ще каже, що головна на зміні) хамовита , некомпетентна і взагалі видно, що їй без різниці чи буде готель заповнений чи ні. Нікому не раджу тут зупинятись, тільки марно витратите час та зіпсуєте настрій!

Completely satisfied with the sevrvis. Nice, clean rooms, pleasant staff who always offered their help. The hotel owners constantly monitor the professionalism of the staff. The restaurant has a delicious breakfast and fast service. It was very tasty) This is definitely one of my favorite places to visit in Lviv.

Два дні проживав в готелі Еней, від проживання отримав тільки найкращі враження, обслуговування та комунікація з гостями на вищому рівні, номери затишні, зручні та чисті. На сніданок на буфеті представлені великий вибір страв, як холодні закуски так і гарячі страви. На території готелі є безкоштовна парковка та басейн, є дитячий майданчик. Ще один з важливих плюсів цього готелю, він знаходиться в центральній частині Львова. Будучи у Львові, обовʼязково повернусь ще раз.

Чудовий затишний бутік-готель у Львові — ідеальне поєднання зручного розташування та домашнього комфорту. Дуже сподобались чисті й охайні номери, привітний та уважний персонал, а також смачні сніданки у ресторані. Окрема плюс-позиція — власний паркінг, що рідкість для центральної частини міста. Приїжджали з чоловіком на 3 дні. Готель знаходиться у центрі, що є дуже комфортного. Також дуже сподобався персонал, який завжди відгукується і працює оперативно 24/7. На рецепції дівчина Олена допомагала нам зі всіма питаннями, швидко прийняла і заселила. Сніданки також смачні і ситні. Номери комфорті. Радує стоянка у дворі, враховуючи проблеми з місцем для авто у Львові.

Готель обрали через наявність відкритого басейну як варіанту перечекати спеку під час літньої поїздки до Львову. Готель заслуговує на найкращі оцінки: гарна будівля, затишні, охайні номери, зелена територія, доглянутий басейн та власна парковка. Місце розташування готелю недалеко від центра як пішки так і на будь якому транспорті, зупинка 1 трамваю в декількох хвилинах. Смачні сніданки з достатнім вибором їжі. Приємний персонал. Повернемось не тільки влітку.
