Готель у центрі Львова, дизайнерський, комфортный з гарним видом з вікна. Ліжка комфортні. Дворецький дуже чемний, не лінивий як в деяких інших 5* Львова, рісепшн також все ок. 4* за сервіс у ресторані: не дототягує, офіціанти не контролюють, що треба забрати брудний посуд якщо я доїв, на сніданку те саме, довго чекав при вечері щоб підійшов офіціант і розрахував. Кухня дуже смачна і оформлення страв гарне. Жива музика при вечєрях також додає колориту.

Були тут з нашою командою від Max Dental Clinic, перебування у Львові поєднали роботу і відпочинком. Можу абсолютно впевнено заявити що Банкготель - еталон якості та сервісу у готельній справі. Ми були у дуже багатьох готелях в Україні та за кордоном, але такого класного сервісу ще не було ніде. Ми тепер тут будемо постійними гостями, але є одна умова, - не змінюйтеся! Дякуємо Вам за чудово проведений час 🏆.

Готель вкотре гостинно зустрів нашу родину - як завжди з посмішкою та компліментами. Після 1,5 років проведених за кордоном, впевнено можу сказати, що в нас сервіс на кращому рівні, особливо у співвідношенні ціна/якість. Готель має гарне укриття, яким, на жаль, довелося двічі скористатися. Окрім своїх гостей, готель радо відкрив двері мешканцям прилеглих будинків, які прибігли туди так само, як і ми, ховатися від ракетної небезпеки. Що я помітила - персонал поводився з усіма однаково ґречно - усім, підкреслюю УСІМ, запропонували достатню кількість стільців, водичку, сік. Людяність - це те що приємно відрізняє шляхетний бізнес від хапуг-одноденників. Ось такі дрібнички, але вони загалом вони складають враження. І враження це дуже приємне!!! Бажаю миру і процвітання місту Лева та Банк готелю.
