Зупинялася в цьому готелі на дві ночі в номері 207 і залишилася дуже задоволена. Номер чистий, затишний, з комфортним ліжком і всіма необхідними зручностями. Персонал привітний і уважний, завжди готовий допомогти. Атмосфера в готелі спокійна, що сприяє гарному відпочинку. Також сподобалося зручне розташування – легко дістатися до основних локацій. Враження лише позитивні, обов’язково повернуся знову!

La première chambre au premier étage avec deux lits simples avait un problème d'insonorisation et un léger manque d'hygiène. Les toilettes étaient assez petites, difficile de fermer la porte... La deuxième chambre était parfaite et n'avait aucun de ces problèmes et m'a coûté autant. Elle était très confortable et n'avait aucun inconvénient. Les dames de l'accueil ne parlaient pas anglais, ce qui est plutôt commun en Ukraine et n'a pas vraiment dérangé lors de mon séjour.

Один з найгірших досвідів зупинки в готелях- це Kaiser. По-перше було холодно, ні не так, було ХОЛОДНО!!! А це лише кінець осені. На моє зауваження щодо температури адміністратор сказала що нічого не може зарадити. Чи варто казати що після цієї жахливої ночі я відчуваю себе захворівшею?… В номері була електрична батарея, коли її включили-вона задиміла, шнур був перемотаний ізолентою. Щиро не рекомендую.

Відпочивали з донькою 24-26 жовтня, були дуже задоволені. Незважаючи на те, що заселення в номер з 14.00, нас заселили в 8.00, так як наш номер був вільний. В номері є все необхідне, саме головне було дуже тепло! Розташування готеля дуже вдале, все близько. Незнаючи міста, все ж таки мені вдалося вибрати зручний і комфортний готель, обовʼязково будемо бронювати тільки тут!

Я вже другий раз зупиняють в цьому готелі дуже зручне розташування, чисто. Рекомендую.
Дуже погана шумоізоляція, сусіди до 1 ночі розмовляли і я не могла спати. Ввечері попросила зробити чай, сказали чай закінчився.😪 А так все ок.

Плюси: Зручне розташування (центр міста). Без проблем зберегли мою дорожню сумку до відправки потяга — дякую дівчині на ресепшн! Чистота в номері. Низька ціна для такого розташування, і це без знижки. Відмінний зв'язок та швидкий WiFi. Мінуси: У номері було прохолодно 🥶. Слабкий напір води у душі — приймати у прохолодному номері душ з ледь теплою водою було некомфортно. Стіни погано ізолюють шум, чутно сусідів. Унітаз встановлений так, що ноги стирчали в коридор.

Готель супер, затишний,все чисто.Поруч Оперний Театр.Навпроти готелю АТБ, Пекарня.
Відсутні москітні сітки, спали з комарями. До 2 ночі шуміли інші люди, співали/слухали музику, персонал ніяк не реагував.

Готель дуже чудовий, затишний, є усі зручності для перебування, все чисто, охайно, працівники дуже чемні, привітні. Виникла ситуація при виселенні забула навушників у номері, зателефонували адміністратору, та вона дуже швидко відреагувала та погодилась відправити навушники. Дуже вдячна, усім працівникам. Також в готелі є можливість випити кави, перекусити, розміщений в самому центрі міста, що дуже зручно для людей які хочуть відпочити у Львові. З задоволенням будемо рекомендувати усім!

Готель розташований близько до центру, поруч багато кафе, ресторанів, магазинів, аптеки, що дуже зручно. Привітні дівчата адміністратори. Послуги пральні - 100 грн, ввечері віддала речі, зранку забрала чисті, є загальна кухня, можна зробити чай чи каву, погріти їжу в мікрохвильовці. Є послуга зберігання речей, поїзд ввечері, можна лишити речі в готелі і гуляти спокійно цілий день. Проживали в номері комфорт покращений. Не поганий номер за свої кошти, чистий, затишний, простора душева, ідеально чиста постіль та рушники. Але до покращеного номер трохи не дотягує, є незначні недоліки.
