Ми приїхали з чоловіком з Англії у Львів вперше. Шукали де зупинитись неподалік з клінікою Грищенка та знайшли цей неймовірний готель LEV! Ми мешкали у цьому готелі майже 4 тижні у лютому та повертаючись у квітні, навіть не стояло питання де знову зупинитись - звичайно у LEV Lifestyle Hotel! Марта та Данило робили наш check-in за хвилини, що дуже важливо коли ти втомлений після довгої дороги. Консьєрж сервіс на ресепшені на дуже високому рівні - тут вам дадуть відповідь на будь яке Ваше запитання. Також хочу відзначити роботу Валерії, яка надає дуже професійний, exceptional service, вона неймовірно уважна до деталей та знає наперед що сподобається саме Вам! Охоронці Руслан, Михайло та Іван завжди були дуже привітними та допомогали з важкими валізами. Всі дівчата, хлопці на барі та в ресторані були дуже приємними. Особливо дівчинка Андріана! Сніданки дуже смачні та на рівні 5* готелю! Номер був чистенький, рушники білосніжні як нові! Прибирання на високому рівні. Одже, з повною впевненістю можу сказати LEV HOTEL IS BEST OF THE BEST!!! Ви неймовірні, обовʼязково ще до вас повернемось!!! Дякуємо!❤️❤️❤️

Новий готель - все нове та чисте, гарні номери, душ це щось, все якісно і все смачно (сніданки ТОП), до центра близько - добре відремонтована вулиця Шевченко робить локацію ще гарніше. одне прохання до персоналу - не змінюйте своє ставлення до клієнтів, дійте як зараз та готель буде супер на довгі роки вперед! Дякую за чудовий час у вашому готелі)

зупиняюсь тут кожного разу, коли буваю у Львові до вокзалу 5 хвилин на машині, зручне розташування Готель новий, затишний, чистота завжди на рівні.Персонал окрема любов: усміхнені, уважні, завжди готові допомогти Внизу є ресторан, який працює цілодобово що рятує, якщо приїжджаєш пізно чи рано з поїзда. Якось залишила косметичку в номері, і замість того, щоб “загубити”, як це часто буває в інших місцях .. мені самі написали і запропонували надіслати поштою - сервіс 👍🏻 тут я дійсно відчуваю себе бажаним гостем, а не просто номером у списку бронювань однозначно рекомендую місце, куди хочеться повертатись🥰

Класний готель.Чисті номери.Дуже якісні та мʼякі рушники,ними приємно користуватись.Зручні матраци,я висипалась.Не слизька плитка в ванній,що особисто для мене важливо.Привітний персонал.Цікавий підземний паркінг,машинку спускають на ліфті,перший раз таке бачу,сподобалось.Смачні сніданки.Великий плюс,особливо в комендантську,що кухня та бар працюють цілодобово.Рекомендую від чистого серця

Дуже гарний, цілком новий готель. Сервіс на рівні, маю надію що такий і залишиться. До центра близько, напроти є зупинка трамвая, ресторан внизу, кавʼярня)) Якщо їдете по роботі або просто хочете виспатися з дороги, то це саме той вибір, бо якщо жити у центрі то дуже гучно та людно від вечірнього міста))

Подорожувала по справах. В готелі сподобалося абсолютно все. Та найголовніше це люди - привітний персонал, який робить все можливе, щоб допомогти та надати гарний сервіс. Охоронець допоміг мені з валізами, це ж не його обовʼязок 🫶 Данило (сподіваюсь правильно запамʼятала імʼя) на рецепції - робить свою роботу вище очікувань. ⚡️ В ресторані смачна їжа. На сніданок у вихідні пишуть у вайбер, щоб попередити про сніданок аля-карте і можливість замовити його на певний час. Чудові офіціанти і бармен ✨

Чудесный отель, идеально чистый, абсолютно новый с приятной атмосферой. Проработав в отдельной сфере много лет, Для меня одним из ключевых моментов оценки отелей составляет чистота, стерильность и ухоженность гостиницы. Отель LEV идеальный в этом плане! Спасибо большое персоналу и руководству за надлежащий , профессиональный уход. Еще один момент поразивший меня в самое сердце- это вкусный и свежий завтрак!! Хочу отметить, что по долгу службы много путешествую в Дубаи и Великобританию, где зачастую останавливаюсь в различных отелях и сейчас пробыв около месяца в Дубае возвращаюсь на родину, так вот, завтраки в английских или дубайских отелях такого же уровня, вообще не сравнятся с качеством, свежестью и вкусом завтрака в отеле LEV. Я невероятно приятно удивлена и аплодирую стоя!! Ребята вы делаете прекрасную работу!! Пожалуйста продолжайте в том же духе!!

Забронювала номер на одну ніч, заздалегідь, ще за декілька днів попередивши про необхідність паркомісця. Коли ж ми нарешті прибули після виснажливих 900 км дороги, я запитала на рецепції, де можна припаркувати машину. Мені відповіли, що всі місця вже зайняті. Звернувшись до охорони, чоловік лише покрутив головою та відповів: «Ні, нічого не знайдемо». Після довгої дороги ми були виснажені й розчаровані. Я не на таке ставлення розраховувала. Нам довелося скасувати бронювання і в поспіху шукати інший готель у суботу — це було нелегко. Таке ставлення до гостей для мене є неприпустимим. Фільтр «парковка» на букінгу не гарантує вам нічого. Коли виникає проблема, готель має шукати рішення, а не байдуже ставитися до цього. Я чекала на заселення в цей готель, бо він виглядає дуже атмосферно та сучасно. Але тепер, приїжджаючи у Львів, я ніколи не повернусь.
