Понравилось проживание в отеле. Парковка здесь большая. Она охраняемая. Цена за сутки приемлемая. Комфортный номер. Чистый и просторный. Достаточно освещения. Прекрасные завтраки. Еда разнообразная. Все вкусно. Думаю, удовлетворит каждого. Расположение хорошее. С окон нашего номера мы могли видеть оперный театр. Время выезда в 12.00. Поэтому мы отлично выспались, спокойно собрали вещи, еще и позавтракали. Великолепное место.

Единственное, что сын любит бананы. На завтраке здесь, их к сожаленью не было.

В номере чисто, постельное белье белоснежное, спать на кровати очень удобно.

Очень темно в ванной комнате, частично из-за тусклых лампочек, частично из-за очень темной плитки на стенах. Горничная не взяла чаевые и насыпала на них сверху мусор. Высокая слышимость с соседними номерами и коридором. Шумно при открытых окнах. Конструкция кровати такая, что постоянно бьешься коленями об углы ножек кровати, когда обходишь ее.

Завтрак просто восхитителен- на любой вкус ! Лифт новый и широкий, гостиница находится практически в центре города, хорошая транспортная развязка.

Номер за 600 грн, улучшеный-плохо убраный ! это старючая мебель, местами ободраная, постель старючая! номер очень маленький, телевизору лет 20! и без пульта! кондиционера нет, из принадлежностей полотенца видавшие всю историю гостиницы, 2 стакана , туалетная бумага, пакетик мыла и пакетик шампуня и все! если открыть окно-шум страшный, если закрыть- задыхаешься! боюсь представить что такое номер стандарт, реальная цена такому номеру 250

Третий год останавливаюсь в этой гостинице, знаю людей, которые приезжают во Львов и останавливаются здесь в течение пяти лет. Все нравится: расположение, доброжелательный персонал, чистота, интерьер холла, ресторана. Как я понимаю, из типового советского проекта сделали весьма и весьма достойную гостиницу, где, как мне показалось, останавливается много зарубежных гостей.

Близкое расположение ко всем основным достопримечательностям. До оперного театра пешком минуты 2-3.

На протяжении трех суток, которые я там была, номер не убирался, мусор не выносился.

Чистый удобный номер, каждый день делали уборку и меняли полотенца. Удобное месторасположение. В общем, несмотря на некоторые минусы, впечатление в целом хорошее.

Гостиница находится на очень шумном проспекте, при открытых окнах спать невозможно. Не очень хорошая шумоизоляция - хорошо слышны звуки из коридора и соседних номеров.

Приветливый и внимательный персонал ресторана. Приятно было спускаться на завтрак.

Ужасное обращение швейцара в первые день приезда (кажется зовут Дмитрий). Такого хамского отношения давно не встречали. И вообще очень похоже что персонал (кроме ресторана) не обучали правилам после 1991 года, и они еще не совсем понимают, что работают в сфере обслуживания.
