Hotel "Modern Art-hotel" is located in the historical part of the city, in a building built in 1897, which is an architectural monument. Most of the rooms have a wonderful view of one of the most beautiful streets of the city - Shechenko Avenue. The hotel's room stock consists of comfortable rooms with free Wi-Fi access. Дуже крутий готель. Чудовий сервіс, гарний номерний фонд, великі номери, зручна локація (5 ха від площі Ринок пішки), гарний вид з вікна. Смачні сніданки. Є ліфт, тому не важливо який поверх. Є власне укриття. Мабуть один з найкращих готелів Львову у своїй категорії.

Назвала б цей готель апарт-готелем. Хороші номери, але не вистачає косметики у ванній. Немає лосьону для тіла, шампунь йде разом із гелем в диспенсері. Прибирання кульгає. Ресторан хороший і сучасний. Не сподобалась рецепція- що є, що немає. Адміністратори непривітні, а часом навіть грубі. З усіх кого я бачила, сама приємна дівчина ,що працювала у цей понеділок. Друга дівчина була груба, хлопець- нейтральний. Не думала, що робота рецепції так сильно впливає на бажання повернутися або ні.

Если охарактеризовать в 2х словах - отель, в который действительно хочется вернуться. Внимательный и заботливый персонал, просторные, чистые и уютные номера, безупречная по чистоте ванная комната, как и постельное белье с банными принадлежностями. Отличное расположение — в шаговой доступности все главные развлечения центра Львова. Мои наилучшие рекомендации!

У березні зупинилися з мамою на дві ночі в цьому чудовому готелі. Номери дуже просторі, чисті та комфортні. На рецепції дуже ввічливі адміністратори, які за потреби дадуть чайник з чашками для гарячих напоїв в прохолодні дні. Розташування дуже практичне та тихе, в 5хв центр, історична частина міста, ресторани та музеї. Загалом супер, обовʼязково буду зупинятись саме у вас.

Вітаю. Вже не вперше зупиняємося в цьому готелі… Як і завжди, сервіс, чистота і порядок. Гарне і ввічливе спілкування (ставлення) персоналу. Зупинялися в готелі з чоловіком на два дні у справах — і залишилися дуже задоволені. Нас зустріли з усмішкою та щирістю, заселення пройшло швидко і без зайвих формальностей. Персонал уважний, сервіс на високому рівні — видно, що команда дійсно піклується про комфорт гостей. Номер був чистий, затишний, усе продумано до дрібниць. Дуже зручно розташований готель — легко дістатися до будь-якої точки міста. Наступного разу обов’язково зупинимося тут знову!

Сервіс жахливий. В номерах смердить туалетом, двері не зачиняються. Сніданок чекали 40 хв. Попередньо замовляти безкорисно. Ніхто нікому нічого не передасть ваше прохання.за такі гроші можна знайти на багато кращий готель, де до гостей будуть відноситись з повагою. Замовляли готель на 10 днів, після двох днів без сніданків змінили готель навпроти. Не раджу.

За ці кошти можна зняти приємніше місце. Не сподобалось:неохайно прибраний номер, драні рушники, недовипрані халати, поламаний телевізор (запропонували прислати майстра, але це було не зручно, так як багато часу проводили з чоловіком у номері і бачити когось стороннього не хотілось) , не дуже добре працюючий вайфай. Ще ряд питань за котрі вибачились тому описувати їх не буду. В цілому не плануємо більше зупинятись у цьому готелі, не виправдана ціна-якість.

Вперше відпочивали в цьому готелі 7 років тому , були задоволені. Цього разу готель знову залишив приємні враження. Готель і ресторан дуже гарні. В номерах чисто, постіль нова, рушники білосніжні, персонал на ресепшені дуже привітний. А також дуже важливо , що пізній виїзд (за додаткову плату, як усюди), можливий о 9 годині, а не о 6, як буває в різних готелях. Обовʼязково повернемося знову.

Все супер, але в я дуже прошу поставте в номер пляшку водички чи графін з водою, не вже це так дорого. Тому що з дороги зайшов міні бару не має, води на столі також. І ще лопатку для взуття. Ну і скоро мабуть буде необхідність робити косметичний ремонт стель.

Провели тут три дні - все дуже сподобалося. При бронюванні персонал був надзвичайно люб‘язним і пообіцяв чудовий номер - так і було. Зручне розташування, бо це не гучна і надто людна частина центра, та все необхідне й цікаве поруч. Є ліфт. Але як на мене найкраще - це вид з вікна. Загалом прекрасне співвідношення ціна/якість.

Зручне місцерозташування та гарний готель. При заселенні виявилось, що замовлений номер ще прибирають, але нам на вибір запропонували номери вищої категорії без доплати, які були вже готові до заселення, що було надзвичайно приємно. У підсумку отримали номер з балконом, двоспальним ліжком та диваном, що було так само зручно для розміщення двох людей (спочатку бронювали номер з двома окремими ліжками). Окремо хотіли б відзначити ну дуже приємну дівчину адміністратора, яка заселяла нас 13.10, та була максимально милою, і допомогла у всіх питаннях. Єдине - не вистачало чайника у номері, або хочаб на поверсі, щоб у разі чого можна було б зробити собі чай/каву.

Чудовий зручний та доволі просторий номер (категорія стандарт) з великою ванною кімнатою, смачні сніданки, в самому центрі міста
Паркування лише громадське (сплата 15 грн. за кожну годину з 8:00 до 21:00), номер знаходився над витяжками з ресторану, тому постійно було чутно певний шум при відкритих вікнах.

Понравилось всё !!!) Интерьер номера и гостинницы в целом. Мягкие ортопедические матрасы. Площадь номера , он огромный ( при этом тёплый и уютный ). Расположение гостинницы в центре города. Очень красивый вид из окна. Приветливый обслуживающий персонал. Спасибо вам за приятный отдых в вашей гостиннице :)

Отличное месторасположение, вежливый персонал, всё красиво, чисто. Можно оставить вещи в камере хранения, если выселяешься в обед, а уезжаешь вечером. Кормят завтраком.
Описание обещало номер с тремя окнами на красивую улицу. По факту окон действительно было три, но они были в потолке, и улицу через них не было видно.

Чистый номер, большая ванная комната
Очень мешал спать ночной бар, что под гостиницей на цокольном этаже. Окна выходят во внутренний двор. Очень шумят вытяжки и кондеры соседних помещений и этажей. Нет кондиционера!!!

Отель чистый, красивые номера, комфортные. Есть тапочки, средства гигиены, минибар. Завтрак интерконтинентальный . Отель понравился.
Не работает интернет, даже страницу одну не грузит, не говорю уже о Skype , Viber

завтраки: можно расширить список меню среди персонала (мужской) был парень, который вел себя агрессивно (по отношению к таксисту, который припарковался возле отеля) - это не понравилось
