Дуже вдячна за вашу роботу. Все дуже сподобалось. Дякую адмінам за класнюче обслуговування. Ви справді круті та робите свою роботу на 1000% (буде супер, якщо керівництво видасть вам премії 🙊🤗). Що стосується номера, я хоч і зупинилася на одну ніч, але було добре. В номері чисто та затишно. Єдине з чим стикнулась , мені було холодно в номері. Але це не провина готелю, мені пояснював адміністратор , як регулювати температуру. Тому дякую ☺️ Маю тільки одне побажання- праска в номері. Це така важлива річ. Якщо вона зʼявиться, ціни вам не буде. Щодо кухні: сніданки різноманітні і готуються швидко, дякую дівчатам. Кава чомусь не сподобалась… Ще є маленьке побажання, у вас є «зошит, де ви прописали правила і тп, можливо буде добре , якщо ви пропишете там, де знаходиться «ресторан», бо мені менеджер при вʼїзді пояснив , але я щось трошки натупила 😅 і прийшлося ще раз питати. Але в цілому, я дуже рекомендую цей готель. І дякую працівникам за посмішки (я людина яка пропрацювала в сервісі і знаю як втомлюють люди). Буду приїжджати обовʼязково!

Відпочивали великою дівчачою компанією з 17-ти чоловік 8-го березня. Все дуже сподобалося: кімнати чисті, постіль нова, ремонт свіжий, персонал заслуговує окремої похввли. Ніколь і Максим були дуже уважні, чемні, допомагали порадами. Наші валізи перебуввли у камері схову готелю до самого вечора, хоча виселення було о 12-тій годині. В кожному номері, до речі, є кухня зі всім необхідним приладдям, навіть пральна машина. Прекрасні сніданки, смачні та недорогі. З радістю рекомендуємо цей готель для відвідувачів.

Вітаю!Хочу поділитись враженням нашого перебування в готелі 1)Це цілодобова рецепція + 100% 2)Ввічливий персонал ++++100% 3)Чистота і вид з вікна 10000% 4)Розташування мільйон % Перше що нам дуже сподобалось, те, що м ти попросили замінити нам номер через вікна, ми хотіли бачити місто, і нам без проблем запропонували такий варіант і перенесли валізи без нас, це було дуже приємно.Дуже тепло в номерах, є пральна машинка,все необхідне сповна є.Єдине це дуже малопотужний фен без регуляції температури.Була б рада аби замінили їх.Ліжка великі зручні і дуже класні товсті ковдра , ви точно не замерзнете!Можете регулювати собі температуру в номері самостійно.В тих номерах, що ми були є кухні, все необхідне для приготування є,якщо потрібно.Сосіди не мішали, якщо вони були.Ліфт справно працював.Сніданки дуже за демократичною ціною, але як я вже казала на рецепції, коли ми запитали, то хотілось би трішки змінити бо на наш погляд трішки було «прісно» але на 150 грн за особу це було добре.Великий плюс як для мене, яка любить поспати, це можна поснідати до 11.00, коли в багатьох готелях до 10.00, це великий плюс однозначно.Розташування це « пєсня», ми запізнювались на балет в Оперний Театр, добігли за пів хвилини, все поруч, просто супер!

Вперше були у Львові, тож хотілось погуляти та насолодитись містом. Готель обирали в центрі з гарним видом. Знайшла цей готель в YouTube, хтось робив обзор. Дуже сподобалось розташування.. і не помилилася. Готель дійсно класний і в гарному місці. Окрема подяка за раннє бронювання… Номери красиві, охайні, естетичні. Все необхідне в наявності: чайник, вода, кава, чай, капці, халати, фен… неймовірний вид на оперу. Сніданки стандартні і смачні. Персонал привітний, уважний. Нам дуже сподобалось, якщо будемо ще у Львові, то тільки в Opera Passage 🫶

Це просто найкращий готель, в якому ми залишались. Вигляд з вікна 100/10, сніданки просто величезні порції, ліжка дуже зручні, персонал приємний і запропонували після виселення залишити речі в камері схову, це був супер варіант для відпочинку!

Відпочивали вдвох із дівчиною у Львові, і вибір цього готелю був ідеальним. Номер комфортний, чистий і стильний, з усім необхідним для приємного відпочинку. Opera Passage - то є велика та безмежна любов. Зупиняємось вже вдруге у відпустці і це місце та весь персонал, які працюють в ньому, роблять затишок і атмосферу спокою, завжди уважні та ввічливі, готові допомогти, якщо є питання/прохання. Сніданки - неймовірно смачні та різноманітні (навіть вегетеріанцям буде чим поласувати, за що моя окрема подяка). Розташування - все максимально близько і зручно. Надзвичайне місце і персонал, який робить все для людей на всі 100%.

Рекомендую цей готель для проживання від душі! Обирала довго, натрапила на сторінку в інстаграм. Дуже класно було, що є відео огляди номерів і коли при бронюванні менеджер повідомляв варіанти, ти можеш в інсті зразу подивитись і обрати. 1) супер привітний, приємний, чуйний, уважний персонал ✨ Чоловіку, військовому з двома баулами речей одразу запропонували послуги прання, занесли в номер електросушарку для речей. Валізу, мамі з дитиною, донесли до номеру. Ти навіть подумати не встигаєш, а персонал вже знає що тобі потрібно:) 2) номер. Чистий, світлий, теплий. Є і регулювання температури на батареях, є і кондиціонер. Постіль чиста і свіжа. Беруши для бажаючих. Подушку, можна замінити якщо вона тобі виявилась не зручною. В душі є спонжи, вушні палички.. Балкон з видом то взагалі 💣 Доречі взагалі не чути сусідів! 3) сніданки - омлети, вареники, пельмені, млинці, йогурти, сосиски, ПП салати. Навіть для вибагливих діток, є просто молоко з шоколадними кульками. Порції не маленькі! Я навіть не все могла з'їсти. 4) розміщення. Це центр! В пішій доступності всі цікаві заклади, історичні місця.

Дуже гарний готель в самому центрі Львова з виглядом на Оперний театр. Дуже ввічливий персонал, відповідають на всі питання та все пояснюють. Супер готель для піших туристів, до Площі Ринок 5 хвилин повільним кроком. Для туристів на авто хочу зауважити що парковка маленька і вона муніципальна.

Дуже хороший готель, будемо зупинятися тут знову і знову. Смачні сніданки, не супер різноманітний вибір, але смачно, є що поїсти і ситно, порції достатні. В номері чисто, є все необхідне для проживання. Також дуже зручне місце розташування, в центрі, майже всі визначні памʼятки що хотіла відвідати у Львові можна сказати поруч з готелем, в пішій доступності. Персонал надзвичайно приємний та привітний🫶, відчуваєш себе гостею яку раді бачити🫶. Також окреме дякую за відношення до тварин❤️.

Номер - чудовий , великий, усе, що потрібно, є, навіть можна попросити праску, якщо у вас раптом похід в оперний, що майже навпроти. Сніданок невеликий, можливо не дуже різноманітний, але смачний і ситний. Єдине питання до сервісу - табличка на дверях «Просимо прибрати» виявилась недієвою🤷‍♀️, тому з цим питанням довелось іти на рецепцію. І загалом досить шумно в день через вуличних музикантів, тому тут треба дивитись з якою метою ви їдете, провести робочий кол чи консультацію буде проблематично, як і поспати упродовж дня. Якщо у відпустку - чудово підійде. Попри ці маленькі недоліки я точно ще раз повернуся, розташування готелю дуже зручне

Готель знаходиться в центрі. Всі номери на 3 поверсі з балконами і видом на оперний театр. Номери не великі, але чисті і теплі. З усім необхідним. Персонал привітний компетентний у всіх питаннях, які у нас виникали.

Отель просто в самое сердечко ❤️ шикарные номера, удобнейшие кровати, девочки на ресепшене ❤️ 2 лифта в самой торговой галерее, при отключениях света в номере работает все! Вплоть до фена и кондиционера. Будем рекомендовать этот отель друзьям, и сами останавливаться только у вас! Цена-качество полностью соответствует. Там кто-то писал что «лабиринты», нет-лабиринтов абсолютно нет, особенности входа, учитывая что это аппарт отель В торговой галерее, тем более администрация «за ручку» проводит и везде все показывает. Если бы можно было поставить 10 звезд, поставила бы 10. От 302 номера вам огромная благодарность за запоминающийся отдых в городе, и в частности в вашем отеле❤️ Завтраки входят в стоимость номера-20 позиций в меню, на любой вкус и цвет, есть и диетические блюда. Отдельная благодарность ребятам на рецепции, нас заселили на полтора часа раньше, при температуре на улице +32..

Прекрасний готель в самому центрі міста. Розкішні просторі номери, гарні види з вікон, приємний сервіс! Однозначно рекомендую! Єдине, що потрібно врахувати при заселенні - вид на площу Свободи, в вихідні дні супроводжується музикою (зазвичай гарною) її може бути чутно в номері, але лише до вечора. Вночі тихо і спокійно.

Розташування біля оперного театру, у самому серці Львова. Персонал добре володіє англійською мовою, дівчата дуже ввічливі та завжди готові прийти на допомогу. Зараз знаходимося у цих апартаментах. Бачила негативні відгуки щодо сервісу апартаментів та була насторожена. Але одразу після першого дня захотілося написати свій відгук. Дівчата, що сидять на рецепції дуже привітні та з задоволенням відповідають на всі прохання та питання. Роблять велику роботу та підіймають настрій. Здалося, що апартаменти зовсім нові. Дуже чисто та охайно. Кондиціонер та вайфай працює на «ура». Після води у душі волосся стало навіть мʼякше. У апартаментах є вода, кава, чай та цукор. Холодильник та чайник працює добре. Є шампуні та гелі для душу з шапочками, мило для рук. Єдине, здалося що не вистачає ще до цього набору ватних паличок та дисків, але це не проблема, бо взяли власні. Сушка для рушників на сенсорі, вмикаєте за бажанням. Постіль хрумка та ідеально чиста. При заселенні на подушках лежала записка щодо подушок: якщо не підійдуть, то їх замінять. Приємною несподіванкою були беруші, адже я користуюся ними щодня. Праски у номері не було, але ми попросили та дали разом з дошкою. Смачні сніданки на вибір: і солоні і солодкі, обрати є з чого. Розташування біля Оперного нам подобається більше, аніж на площі, адже прямо під двері приїжджає таксі. До площі буквально перейти дорогу. Є ліфт, укриття. Я задоволена на всі 100%, а коли бачу посмішки дівчат з рецепції, то на 200% Дуже рекомендую 🤌🏻

Готель прям дуже і дуже сподобався, а персонал взагалі одна ввічливість - все підкажуть, допоможуть. Чисті і новенькі номери, є все необхідне - кухня, смачні сніданки (окреме дякую за праску разом з гладильною дошкою). Гарний вид з вікна, романтичне місце. Однозначно рекомендую тут зупинитися.

Це неймовірний готель!!!! В ньому є все , що потрібно, і навіть більше !!! Впершу чергу, це персонал готелю !! Це неймовірна команда!! Яка завжди готова допомогти, рецепція 24/7 !! Такій команді,я б правда зробила премію! Бо відпочила , від душі ,від серця!! Геолокація , дуже файна , поруч все що треба, і ринок ,Ратуша , такі суперові заклади , вайййй ❤️❤️що встигла завітати , до них , про які мріяла ❤️ А стеля в номерах є , особливістю 😻 відкриваєш очі, а там небо над головою 😻!! Чисто і кухня є в номерах, а підлога тепла у ванній кімнаті, така крута річ!! 😻😻 На Десерт, що хочу сказати, це Сніданок і рекомендую ,це сирники солодкі ,а можна і солені !!! Відчуття ,що з'їла хмаринку , ваййй!!! Це просто вогонь ,пряме влучання під кінець відпочинку ❤️ . Найкращі 🇺🇦❤️ Загалом , 10/10 і більше !!!!! 💯 Хочу повернутися ще і ще !!! Відпочивала в готелі в середині грудня. Можливо сніжна передноворічна атмосфера, а можливо і сама очевидність гарного готелю справили незабутнє враження. Що сказати… центр міста, співвідношення ціни і якості не співвідносяться, бо таких цін вже немає за таку геолокацію і якість готелю. Заздалегідь не вивчала готель, бо поїздка сталась швидко і не заплановано, тому не створювала ніяких уявлень, але по факту сподобалось все. Дівчата на рецепції зустріли тепло, а оскільки потяг прибув раніше часу заселення, то вони запропонували залишити речі в кімнаті багажу. Ще не знаю де в дівчат на ресепшені береться витримка і щира посмішка. Є такі постояльці з такими претензіями, що сам би задушив їх, а дівчата готові в усьому прийти на допомогу. Взагалі зауважень до готелю не знайшлось. Тепер точно знаю, якщо прийдется зупинятись у Львові, то тільки тут.
