Ну що сказати: будівля явно в радянському стилі, навіть фойє дуже дивнє - рецепшин заховався за колоною і адміна я не зразу побачив і фойє надто велике для такого маленького готелю. Який головний плюс цього готелю? Зайшовши до номеру класу "економ", побачив майже ідеальну чистоту, майже за ті ж самі гроші, що і в готелях в центрі міста, які навіть не наважуються цю чистоту, навіть, спробувати наводити. Є також і інші плюси: для учасників бойових дій, як для мене, діють скидки. Про розташування: це просто бомба, адже знаходиться неподалік від Парку бойової Слави, дуже гарного, і від метро, навіть з моїми пораненнями, за 7-8 хвилин ходьби.

Якщо ви хочете викинути 4000+ грн за старий смітник, то welcome. Номера дуже зачухані. У цю вартість, правда, входить відстойний завтрак))) Розташування ок, але такий смітник не має кошиувати стільки грошей! У Києві є набагато кращі готелі в такій ціновій категорії

Нещодавно друзі звернулися до мене за допомогою знайти готель в районі метро Арсенальна. Завдання так собі, варіантів на перший погляд безліч , але зупинилися на цьому готелі і не пошкодували :) Незважаючи на незграбний зовнішній вид та окремі недоліки всередині, в цілому можна сказати, що ціна та якість врівноважені, приємний персонал, чисті номери та білизна, максимум комфорту, власна парковка (актуальне питання для центральної частини міста). Що приємно здивувало, так це «внутрішні сходи» - вони, з урахуванням архітектури будівлі, виконані у вигляди доріжки (типу пандусу)… тобто у разі відключення електроживлення вантаж спокійно можливо просто котити, що вгору, що вниз, без суттєвих перешкод, що у старовинному замку ;) В цілому рекомендую )
